Nyssa Brunke (she/her), Office Manager

 Nyssa began working in the administrative field back in college, during which time she worked in PSU's School of Urban Studies and Planning while she completed her undergraduate degree in psychology and social science. After graduation she spent 7 years as first a receptionist and then office manager for an outpatient mental health clinic. 

She took a leave of absence once her son turned two in order to do the stay at home mom thing, and during this time welcomed a daughter with significant developmental delays. 

Over the last six years, Nyssa has gotten to experience first-hand the incredible difference that speech and occupational therapists can make in the lives of patients and their families, and she is thrilled to have the opportunity to help more people gain access to the services that In Reach offers. 

When she's not at work, Nyssa enjoys cooking and baking, yoga, crocheting, gardening, reading, singing way too loudly in the car, and finding tiny adventures and a little bit of sparkle in everyday life. She has a passion for languages, having studied French, Latin and Japanese in school, and is currently learning both Spanish and ASL. She lives in Hillsboro with her family, her reclusive cat, and an excitable corgi.   

 With a passion for helping others along with her experience in healthcare administration, Kaydee plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients. She understands the importance of creating a welcoming and supportive environment for clients and staff alike, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service at every interaction.

In addition to her professional experience, Kaydee has gotten to experience firsthand the incredible impact healthcare professionals can make in the lives of patients and their families. From age 1-13 Kaydee underwent extensive craniofacial surgery and many appointments at Children's Hospital. After she was released from their care, Kaydee went back and volunteered as a camp counselor at Camp Korey, a place where children with life altering medical conditions get to experience the joys of camp, and just be kids! This firsthand experience gives her a unique perspective and empathy when interacting with clients who may be facing similar challenges. 

Outside of work, Kaydee enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and traveling, taking care of her house plants and 3 cats as well as refurbishing old furniture pieces.  She is proud to be a part of the dedicated team at In Reach Therapy, where she can contribute to improving the lives of others. 

 Chantel is local to the Pacific Northwest and loves living here amongst all of our natural beauty. 

She is so excited to join our administrative team and bring her knowledge of insurance with her. 

She hopes to be a friendly and helpful resource to all patients and families, and to answer any questions related to insurance coverage to help advocate for the best care possible! 

In her free time, Chantel enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, camping, kayaking, gardening, and exploring the outdoors.
