Kaydee (she/her), Patient Services & Admin Coordinator

With a passion for helping others along with her experience in healthcare administration, Kaydee plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients. She understands the importance of creating a welcoming and supportive environment for clients and staff alike, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service at every interaction.

In addition to her professional experience, Kaydee has gotten to experience firsthand the incredible impact healthcare professionals can make in the lives of patients and their families. From age 1-13 Kaydee underwent extensive craniofacial surgery and many appointments at Children's Hospital. After she was released from their care, Kaydee went back and volunteered as a camp counselor at Camp Korey, a place where children with life altering medical conditions get to experience the joys of camp, and just be kids! This firsthand experience gives her a unique perspective and empathy when interacting with clients who may be facing similar challenges. 

Outside of work, Kaydee enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and traveling, taking care of her house plants and 3 cats as well as refurbishing old furniture pieces.  She is proud to be a part of the dedicated team at In Reach Therapy, where she can contribute to improving the lives of others. 

Chantel is a proud Pacific Northwest native who cherishes the region's stunning natural beauty and outdoor adventures. Her deep appreciation for the area shines through in her love for camping, kayaking, gardening, and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and daughter.

As a valued member of our administrative team, Chantel brings a wealth of knowledge about insurance and is eager to help patients and families navigate the complexities of coverage. Her goal is to be a friendly, approachable resource—answering questions, offering guidance, and advocating for the best care possible.
