"Working for In Reach has given me the flexibility and independence to manage my own schedule while still feeling supported by an incredible team of therapists. Over the past three years, I have been mentored well, learned so much, and grown both professionally and personally. This unique approach to Occupational Therapy has opened my eyes to new ways of providing care, especially through a neurodiverse-affirming lens. One of the things I value most about my role is working with children in the home environment, where I have seen the greatest carryover and success. Being in the home allows me to better understand each child’s unique daily routines and challenges while building stronger relationships with families.
