“What In Reach Therapy does best is provide a flexible model of care that, when paired with trust in its clinical staff, allows us to build deep, meaningful therapeutic relationships with our clients. Those relationships create opportunities for truly rewarding and encouraging outcomes.
The flexibility of this model has enabled me to be the clinician I aspire to be for every client while also maintaining the balance I want for myself and my family. Rather than having to choose between professional excellence and personal well-being, I am able to thrive in both areas, which ultimately benefits the clients and families I serve.”

"I came to In Reach because it gave me the opportunity to practice OT in the way that I've always dreamed: meeting my kids where they are and working alongside them and their families to make progress in the areas that are truly meaningful to them. And coming in as the OT Lead means I can be instrumental in shaping how we deliver our services and develop new and creative ways to support our families!"

“I was drawn to IRT because of its strong commitment to work-life balance, self-care, burnout prevention, and its neurodiversity-affirming approach. As an SLP, my work became much more rewarding when therapy was embedded into a child's daily routines and natural environment. Following the child's lead has led to meaningful progress, increased engagement, and incredible connections with families. Having worked in several settings throughout my career, I can confidently say that the supportive culture and framework at IRT have made it my favorite place to work so far”.

"Working for In Reach has given me the flexibility and independence to manage my own schedule while still feeling supported by an incredible team of therapists. Over the past three years, I have been mentored well, learned so much, and grown both professionally and personally. This unique approach to Occupational Therapy has opened my eyes to new ways of providing care, especially through a neurodiverse-affirming lens. One of the things I value most about my role is working with children in the home environment, where I have seen the greatest carryover and success. Being in the home allows me to better understand each child’s unique daily routines and challenges while building stronger relationships with families. I truly enjoy becoming part of a family’s journey, collaborating closely with caregivers, and having more one-on-one opportunities to support carryover throughout their therapeutic journey. I am incredibly thankful for the connections I have built with families and for the opportunity to be part of a company that has helped shape me into the therapist I am today."
