Trauma-informed Billing Support

 We bring a trauma-informed approach to billing, reducing stress by contacting your insurance before services begin and emailing you an explanation of coverage or good-faith estimate. 


Our knowledgeable staff provide insurance counseling, ensure claims are processed correctly before assigning responsibility, and advocate for you with your plan—so you feel supported and informed every step of the way.

 If you’d like to continue with our services, payment must be made up front. We can help you seek reimbursement from your plan — unless you have Medicaid secondary coverage. 


Federal law prohibits us from accepting any form of payment from Medicaid members, so we unfortunately cannot provide services in that case. 


Please call your plan for help finding a provider who can bill your plan.
